Understanding the role of Chair/Vice Chair

Essential training for Chairs and Vice Chairs to understand their co-opted role and how to preside at a meeting. The course is appropriate for all councillors as it includes the chair's responsibility at committees and working parties. Vice Chair's are encouraged to attend the session to enable them to support their Chair or step into the role when required.
